It’s important to us that you receive your flowers when you want them and as fresh as possible. We will personally hand deliver your flowers and try our very best to do so at a time of your choosing, provided it is within our overall guidelines below. Our overall delivery guidelines are:
For all orders placed before 1:00 pm, same day delivery.
For all orders placed after 1:00pm, next day delivery anytime after 8am.
Due to the nature of our products, we may require you (or your nominated recipient) to receive and sign for the goods. In the event that no one is there to receive our delivery (and you have not granted us authority to leave your flowers unattended) we will bring your flowers back to our studio and contact you to arrange redelivery as soon as possible. All redeliveries will incur a redelivery fee of $15 or the original delivery fee charged, whichever is greater (except in the case where we were at fault).
If you have provided ‘authority to leave’ or a concierge / building security signs for your delivery, we are not responsible for the delivered product from the point of delivery.
